Tool Stocking
- Designed for the handy "person" in your
life. A stocking stuffed with tools with a separate
putty knife to be used as a name tag. The stocking
is stitch painted on 13 mesh canvas, measuring 21
inches tall x 14 inches from heel to toe and includes
a stitch guide. Just a tip, a stocking doesn't have
to be finished as a stocking. Finished as a box pillow
with a two inch gusset, it adds a nice touch no matter
where its displayed. I know of one contractor who
has his pillow displayed on the sofa in his office,
with his company name on the nametag, and has it out
all year long.

This design measures 4 1/2 inches
around and is stitch painted eliminating any guess
work as to placement of color. Once finished, it is
suitable as an ornament, box top or insert into a
holiday pillow.

This design is also stitch painted
and measures 7 inches across the base and 7 inches
tall. It was designed to be finished as a weighted
stand-up to decorate a table top or mantle. To give
the impression of a glass globe, I recommend that
the entire area of the snow globe be stitched in Petite
Frosty Rays from Rainbow Gallery in Basketweave. This
will give the finished globe a smooth and glass-like
appearance. Use your favorite stitch for the base
and then pad and lay a smooth satin stitch over the
bow.

After numerous requests, the popular side of the Halloween Music Box has been hand-painted with the addition of a dotted border. Design measures 6 inches square and would be a terrific insert into a mitered pillow.

Santa and His Reindeer
The popular top to Reason for the Season has been hand-painted on blue canvas and available as a separate piece. This design doesn’t come with a stitch guide, allowing you to use your favorite stitches and left-over threads from previous projects. The finished design measures 4 x 7 and is painted on 18 mesh canvas and can be finished as an ornament, door hanger or pillow insert.

Two of my original designs are making a comeback. The Snow-Capped Heart has been popular since first introduced in 1997, but discontinued in 2001 but recently brought it back for a fund-raiser and realized that it was still popular. The hand-painted design is painted on 18 mesh canvas and includes a stitch guide. The flutes in the heart, which measures 4 inches long, are padded which gives the finished design a very dimensional appearance. A wonderful gift for someone special in your life, to celebrate a special occasion or just a reminder that even if there is snow on the roof there’s love in the heart.
The Tree in a Pot was discontinued when I couldn’t find the pots any longer. Fortunately, I recently found a source and am excited to bring back the tree ornament. The design is hand-painted on 18 mesh canvas and measures 6 inches tall. It comes with the canvas, stitch guide and terra cotta pot. The stitch guide teaches you how to use the same Watercolour thread but use it to create the patchwork effect shown in the picture.

Roly Poly Santa
A perfect piece to use your left over threads and favorite stitches. The Roly-Poly Santa is hand painted on 18 mesh canvas and stands 5 x 8 and suitable as a stand-up or ornament. My original idea was to stand him up in a crystal bowl surrounded by wrapped peppermint candies as a holiday decoration and treat for my guests.
